Two versions of this pattern are now available, to knit flat or in the round.
Inspired to create something for British springtime, this hat came about after 2 years of wondering what to make with this lovely yarn. Manos del Uruguay is a silk and merino blend and is seriously scrummy! It is the softest thing ever and this hat has become a firm favourite. I just love how the colour works with the pattern, and how you can see the change in the dye in certain lights.
My favourite thing about this hat has to be how the decreases leave you with this cute flower on the back.

Buy the whole set – Nordic Lace Hat, Mitts and Cowl for only £10.00 in a neat mini eBook! I used less than 200g of DK yarn to make all three of these, the hat and mitts with 100g, and the other skein for the cowl. The yarn goes such a long way in this pattern.
