Twisted Hat Knitting Pattern
This pattern is the adult version of Elana’s Corkscrew Beanie – a childs hat I designed from aged newborn to aged 10. A few knitters have mentioned it might be nice in adult sizes too so here it is!
This is an easy pattern that is great for a first “knit and purl” project and will get you working in the round as well. For those of you more experienced, it’s a fun knit that can be completed in just a few evenings.
The result is a really snug, cosy beanie hat that swirls all the way to the top.
